Questions families ask first
Is there a minimum number of hours?
Visits are a minimum of two hours. There’s no weekly minimum and no long-term contract.
Are your caregivers employees or contractors?
Employees. We manage payroll, taxes, liability insurance, and workers' compensation, and every caregiver is bonded and insured through our agency.
What happens if our caregiver is sick?
We send a trained replacement who has reviewed your care plan, and we’ll call you first.
Can we change the schedule?
Yes. Just call the care line or message us in the family portal. Same-day changes are usually possible.
